One of our sponsors, Boston Culinary Group, is the operator of our great local movie theatre. I was looking for movie times and finally found out where you get them online.
I wanted to share with all Festival goers!

From the charm of one of the nation’s landmark theater venues - - - The Lafayette built in the 1920’s - - - to our Main Stage and Digital Arts Stage where harmonies will fill the air. With our performances , there will be great art, BIG ART, a visual and performance experience that will be so cool: from famed contemporary aritsts to afri arts to local painters, sculptors, jewelry makers and other wonderful art. Storefronts will be converted in jam sessions and galleries. We want to have the BEST food experience to complement our arts and music scene. Culinary and cultural accents reflective of Suffern’s Mexican, Italian, Indian, and Irish residents will provide a tasteful accent along with tasty treats that will help you enjoy our experience even more.

We are getting very close to determining and deciding our Music Program and experience. It has been exciting to see the Festival Music Commitee review so much great local and regional talent for our Main Stage: Lafayette Theatre…our Club Stages (at select Downtown Clubs and Restaurants) and our Outdoor stages!
Wayne Cobham and team is working diligently to also find talent across many genres: Jazz, Blues, Rock, Bluegrass/Country, Folk, Choral, Classical, House/Downbeat and other electronic music, etc.
If you have a friend or just admire a great band or solo artist..please submit their information at info@suffernmusicandartsfestival.com.

There are many volunteers that are helping to bring our Festival to life that are very focused on how to produce an event and keep it ‘green’ and sustainable.
As we think about Earth Day, and all we can do next, our Green/Recycle/Sustainability committee continues to look for ideas that truly make our efforts a ’shade’ of green.
If you have ideas, actions or connections, please send those to info@suffernmusicandartsfestival.com .
Happy Earth Day 2009!
